The Matt Lamb Team is excited to invite you to a very meaningful Umbrellas for Peace Parade to celebrate the grand opening of The Museum of Private Art CollectionsSM Featuring the Work of Dalí and Lamb.
Matt will lead the parade, along with a host of dignitaries from around the world.
You are invited to join in the fun as we celebrate this milestone event for the City of Chicago.
There is nothing like an Matt Lamb Umbrellas for PeaceSM parade to get the spirit moving and fire up the engines for peace, tolerance, understanding, hope, and love.
Come experience the passion for peace that millions of children and adults around the world have participated in, magnified, and turned into a global force for peace that is changing the world—one umbrella, one human heart at a time.
The parade is on Tuesday, May 3, 2011.
We arrive at the Chicago Navy Pier (600 East Grand Ave.) at 9 a.m.
The opening ceremonies, with Matt and other guest speakers, begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Navy Pier Crystal Room.
The parade itself begins at 10 a.m.
March alongside as we cheer and holler and sing for peace: “When the Saints Go Marchin’ In!”
We’ll march to the nearby Museum of Private Art CollectionsSM Featuring the 
Work of Dalí and Lamb, and after a special ceremonial finale, you’ll have the opportunity to visit this world-class collection of two artists often linked by art historians for the pictorial extravagance and intensely personal vision of their paintings.
